Charles Rad­cliffe was a British activ­ist, author, and editor as­so­ci­ated with the Com­mit­tee of 100, the Si­tu­a­tion­ist In­ter­na­tional, and the In­dus­trial Work­ers of the World. In 1966 he launched the lib­er­tar­ian so­cial­ist magazine Heatwave, which was advertised in anarchy 66.
